Service Description
Evaluate doors, faucets, toilets, furnace filters, and refrigerator vents for proper operation and maximum efficiency. We can also oil squeaky door hinges and tighten loose doorknobs and hinges as we go through the home. Client will get a report with any follow-up work recommended.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please provide 24 hrs notice. If cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice, the $50 minimum will be charged.
